A faithful reflection of the white grape that has adapted best to the land of Rioja Alavesa. Perfect to enjoy before the meal or perfect to accompany the meal.

Colour: Pale golden yellow with pale greenish glimmers around the rim.
Aroma: Fragrant, floral, hints of fruit with notes of white flowers and tropical fruits with enveloping menthol undertones with a hint of fennel and lemon verbena.
Mouth: Pleasant, unctuous with a sweet mouth feel. Good balance between the acidity and the fruit with a fine and delicate finish where its particular varietal characteristics reappear.

Pairing: Accompanies appetizers, rice dishes and selected fish.
