The most traditional wine. Made by our family for generations in Rioja Alavesa. A smooth wine, ideal as an aperitif and for lighter meals.
Colour: Cherry red with a beautiful and attractive violet rim.
Aroma: Typical of a carbonic maceration wine with intense aromas of fresh fruit. Hints of strawberry and raspberry with notes of violet and undertones of liquorice.
Mouth: Smooth entrance in to the mouth which then changes to a powerful presence of fruits and spicy notes of liquorice.
Pairing: To accompany appetizers, rice dishes and fish.
