A lengthy selection in the vineyard and very detailed work in the winery produce an elegant and strong wine. It shows the balance that reflects our spirit and our philosophy. Because of its harmonious nature this wine is ideal to be enjoyed at any time amongst select company.

The wine comes from carefully selected grapes from our own vineyards, close to the winery, that are more than 50 years old. It is made carefully with meticulous ageing for 14 months in 60% French oak barrels and 40% American oak.

Colour: Medium intense black cherry. Clean and bright.
Aroma: Complex, intense and elegant. Presence of red and black fruit and hints of minerals from the soil. Hints of fruit compote, aromatic herbs, cocoa, mountain undergrowth and spices.
Mouth: Powerful, agreeable and refreshing. Pleasant mouth-feel, velvety and round. Very well balanced, long and persistent.

Pairing: Accompanies hors d´oeuvres, red meat, roast meat and game.
